Your bachelor's degree is usually more important for admission to IIHMR University's Master of Public Health (MPH) program than your Class 12th percentage. A 60% Class 12th score might not be the main factor, though specific requirements may change. The IIHMR University typically requires applicants to have a minimum percentage (often between 50 and 60%) of relevant bachelor's degrees. It may also require them to pass an entrance exam.
