Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Dentistry, AYUSH, Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Nursing, Nutrition, Pharmacology, Veterinary Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Social sciences or any other Science degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. OR Candidate passed Degree holders in Arts and Humanities with an interest in Public Health with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying Bachelor's degree examinations are also encouraged to apply.

According the the Brochure available for JIPMER it says the minimum cutoff should be 50% .

It can be a good idea if you want to study abroad because, in foreign countries, MPH courses are mostly provided. There are several top colleges in Australia, the USA, European and UK countries. MPH colleges in India are:

Some of the colleges which offer distance MPH. Amity University Distance Education Admission. SOL DU Admission. MKU Distance Education Admission. Annamalai University Distance Education Admission. Pondicherry University Distance Education Admission. MG University Distance Education Admission. Subharti University Distance Education Admission. Both PGDM and MPH are the greatest courses it depends upon you which one you want to pursue.

The admission procedure for the Master in Public Health MPH course is done online on the official website of the Center for Public Health at Panjab University. The procedure is:
1. There will be a notice published on the notice page of the Center for Public Health (PU) regarding the same.
2. Only regular government employees with at least one year of service experience can be admitted under the "in-service" category for five seats. The rest of the seats are open to general candidates, and two seats are available for NRI applicants.
3. The applicant needs to have a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks from a recognised university.

For PG Admission, candidates should take CUET PG Exam. CUET PG 2022 test dates are September 1 to 7 and September 9to 11 respectively.
