Hi Ajay, Most of the colleges has closed there admission process. Interested eligible candidates are offered admission to the course in India mostly on the basis of a relevant entrance test.

Eligibility is, the candidate who wish to apply for the course must have completed graduation from a recognized university.

Yes, you are eligible for government jobs. Its a valid degree don't doubt. Your degree has value as you have invested money and time for it and gave exam.
