NIOS candidates are eligible for now subject to the matter subjudice in the court.
Students from Foreign/International Boards are eligible if their qualify exam meets the equivalency determined by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as per regulations of the Medical Council of India and the concerned University.

Your question about MPH is very clear, if you want to go to Australia and settle down there then just godon't keep asking anybody is it good or not. You may or may not get job after MPH but with the qualifications it may help you to get PR in Australia.
Usually new applicants are sent to rural hamlets to work where there is shortage of qualified talent. After struggle of two or three years your papers in Australia will be ratified then you will find more satisfaction. Be ready to spend a lot of money on tuition and struggle after that.

Candidate must have completed graduate in Medicine/ Dentistry/ Ayurveda/ Homeopathy/ Siddha/ Veterinary/ Nursing/ Physiotherapy/ / Pharmacy/ Engineering or Post graduates in Statistics/Biostatistics/ Demography/ Population Studies/ Nutrition/ Sociology/ Economics/ Psychology/ Anthropology/ Social Work/ Management/ Law.
Admission Process:
Written Test
Eligible candidates need to appear for the Aptitude Test conducted by the institute.
Written Test
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview based on the score in written test.

One of the biggest concerns most students have is whether or not they'll need to take entrance exams for an MPH programme.
