The criteria depends upon the college you choose. Most of the colleges will require your Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Allied Health, and Life Science from a recognized university with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

Yes, if you wish to have a career in a non-clinical field and move abroad. MPH is a good option. Also, in case, you decide to go to the USA for your MPH and later want to practice dentistry, it'll be a great step for your admission to a college for DDS.

Both the streams are good. It depends a lot on your career goals. The MPH degree focuses on public health practice, as opposed to research or teaching.
