The college is not so costly. The tuition fee of the college is usually affordable and students can easily focus on their studies rather than bother about the cost of the college. The total fees of the college for a B.Des, B.Ftech is around Rs. 326,200/- for two years.

Dharmsinh Desai University is a government University that was established in 1986. The University is approved by AICTE. The university offers Undergraduate. Desg, B. As per the NIFT Hyderabad cutoff 2025, the overall closing rank for BDes ranged bteween 209 and 1196 for the General AI category. Hence, students need a rank of at least 1196 or below to gain admission at NIFT Hyderabad for the BDes course branches.
Students can refer to the table below for the round 1 and last round cutoff for the General AI category. Other categories, round, courses, etc, will have different cutoffs accordingly.

As of 2023, there are approximately 3,500 students currently studying at NIFT, Hyderabad. This number includes students from both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The Institute offers four years of full-time BFTech in Apparel Production. Lateral entry to this course is also available. The admission process for this course includes the General Ability Test (GAT), it is a part of the NIFT Entrance Exam. Moreover, to be eligible for this course, the candidate must be a Class 12 pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or equivalent from a recognized board.
