OBC, PH, EWS, and general candidates:

Two years' worth of tuition total: INR 1.90 lakhs
First and following semester fees: INR 95,000.
Additional fees (group insurance, refundable caution money): INR 30,250
Government and Business Candidates who were sponsored:

First semester tuition: INR 1,68,233
Fee for a semester (next semesters): INR 92,535
Additional fees (group insurance, refundable caution money): same as for general, OBC, EWS, and PH candidates

Other things to consider:

All students have access to on-campus hostels; however, there are extra costs for housing and cleaning.

National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Guwahati offers only one course for M.Tech  which is Masters of Technology (Medical Devices) which has a total 16 seats out of which 6 are for general category candidates 4 are for OBC students and 3 seats are reserved for  SC candidates, 1 seat for ST candidates and remaining  2 seats for EWS category students.

The seats are given based on GPAT/GATE score of the student.

To take admission in the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Guwahati for B.Tech (Medical Devices) the candidate should be a Pharmacy, Engineering and Medical Graduate with 60% marks.

The duration of the course is 2 Years.
