National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Guwahati offers only one course for M.Tech  which is Masters of Technology (Medical Devices) which has a total 16 seats out of which 6 are for general category candidates 4 are for OBC students and 3 seats are reserved for  SC candidates, 1 seat for ST candidates and remaining  2 seats for EWS category students.

The seats are given based on GPAT/GATE score of the student.

Yes, you can definitely apply for National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Guwahati with 70% in NIPER JEE. The minimum aggregate to qualify for NIPER is to score 60% aggregate in NIPER JEE, however during the counseling process according to the availability of the seats, the admission can be confirmed. There are reserved seats for SC/ST category. Considering all these factors getting 100% admission is not confirmed, as the cut off may vary from college to college.
