NUI Galway offers popular courses in Molecular Biology, Clinical Medicine, and Engineering. You have to check on their website and write to them, as for most PG programmes the intake is usually on September.

You do meet the admission requirement for Ireland universities, but Ireland does not accept more than 5 backlogs, if possible, you can make it up in statement of purpose providing the admission body the proper explanation for it.
