The difficulty level of the NCHMCT JEE exam is generally easy to moderate, but it varies by section.

English Language: This section is usually easy to moderate, with questions based on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and sentence correction. Candidates with good reading habits and basic grammar knowledge find it easy.

Numerical Ability & Analytical Aptitude: The difficulty level is moderate. It includes basic mathematics from Class 9 and 10, such as percentages, profit-loss, time-speed-distance, and algebra. While the concepts are simple, solving quickly under time pressure can be challenging.

Reasoning & Logical Deduction: This section is moderate as it involves puzzles, coding-decoding, series, and seating arrangement problems. Some questions can be time-consuming, but regular practice makes them manageable.

General Knowledge & Current Affairs: The difficulty level varies, but it is usually moderate. It includes both static GK and recent current affairs. If a candidate is updated with daily news and general awareness topics, this section becomes easier.

Aptitude for Service Sector: This is the easiest section as it tests hospitality-related decision-making, common sense, and situational judgment. There is no negative marking in this section, making it highly scoring.
