The NDA marking scheme is UPSC-mandated. The marking scheme indicates the points given for right answers and the points taken away for incorrect responses. In maths, 2.5 points are given for right answers and 0.83 points are taken away for incorrect answers. Four marks are given for right answers in the GAT, while 1.33 marks are subtracted for incorrect responses. Out of 900 marks, the written exam score is determined. The candidates' scores are determined by the examination authority using the marking methodology.

You can't directly download the NDA cutoff scores, but you can find them on the websites of various educational portals and sometimes on the official UPSC website. You can search online using keywords like "NDA 2024 cutoff" or "UPSC NDA previous year cutoff marks". Look for tables or information mentioning "NDA Cut Off Marks" or "UPSC NDA Cut Off". These tables typically show separate cutoffs for the written exam (out of 900 marks) and the final selection (out of 1800 marks).

The minimum qualifying mark for the NDA written exam in every subject and the overall aggregate should be at least 25%. Students scoring the minimum marks and more will be able to make it to the merit list only. The candidate will have to get at least 360/900 marks to pass the written examination in order to be selected for the SSB interview. Moreover, students can get good marks once they start practicing and understand the proper syllabus and pattern.
