Yes, you can join the Indian Air Force Ground Duty Branch (Technical Branch) through the National Defence Academy (NDA) even if you wear spectacles. The NDA is a joint services academy that offers training for the Army, Navy, and Air Force. It is possible to join the Indian Air Force Technical Branch through the NDA entry.

Collaborations help the National Defence Academy to let the students attend the guest lectures and get the vast exposure. The collaborations provides access to the students to their online resources and also to listen in to live video lectures. Some of the NDA Pune collaborations are IIT, Powai, DIAT, and others.

The faculty of NDA Pune is good and experienced. The teaching faculty of NDA Pune consists of permanent and highly qualified civilian officers that are selected by the UPSC. Hence it is guaranteed that the candidates will be trained in the shadow of highly professional and experienced faculty members. The NDA Pune faculty are like role models for the NDA Pune students.

National Defence Academy has a vast campus that includes library, classrooms, training ground, a hostel, a mess, indoor and outdoor sports areas, a dance studio, a leisure space, medical facilities, and others. Given below are some of the highlighted facilities:
