Hi
NDA is an entry level for defence for all wings like army navy and air force the exam conducted by UPSC and there is no online exam conducted. It is offline mode exam.

NDA stands for the National Defence Academy exam. NDA is conducted by UPSC. UPSC NDA is the national-level examination which is conducted to recruit qualified candidates as officers in the Indian Navy, Indian Army and Indian Air-force. After completing the training, the candidates get the rank of Lieutenant and work at the same salary
The entry through NDA is open for Flying branch, Ground duty (tech) and Ground duty (non tech). NDA is entry level exam for defence for all three wings like army navy and air force if you go in army you can pass you 12 with any site like commerce and arts but if you looking for navy and air force you need to pass your 12 standard with physic and Maths both is compulsory for navy and air force.
It's good if you want to join army you completely your 12 in commerce.
Nda exam was conducted by UPSC and exam was conducted in a year twice and exam was pattern is 2 exam conducted as same day and 1 is Maths and 2 is English.

You cannot apply for NDA if you don't have mathematics in your +2. Physics is required for navy and air force but for army only mathematics will work.

No, you cannot give NDA exam while you are in class 11th. Once you come in class 12th then only you can appear in NDA exam.

Hello, To be eligible to appear in NDA there is no minimum percentage required in the qualifying exam. You must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent. If you pass in the qualifying exam you are eligible to appear provided you must fulfill other eligibility criteria. Since you are not from Science stream you can only join army wing through NDA. To join INA or AFA you must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics.

Yes, girls can write NDA exam. GITAM GAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria is that you should have studied Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics as compulsory in 11th and 12th standard. At least 60% aggregate marks or 6CGPA (55% in the case of CBSE and ICSE should have been scored in the qualifying exam.

Applications for NDA 1 2023 are closed as of now (last date was 12 January 2023). You can attempt for NDA 2 2023, its applications will start in May-June.
