You definitely have chances as-

  • To pursue MBBS in China, students aiming for the general category need to score a minimum of 150/720, while SC/ST/OBC candidates require 120/720.
  • Russian medical universities require a NEET score of at least 140/720 for the general category and 110/720 for SC/ST/OBC candidates

You would be eligible for all colleges once you clear the compartment. If you are able to clear your compartment before the last date of application only, you would be able to appear for the exam. Otherwise, as you have to fill your marks in the application form, you will not be able to fill up the form.

The minimum age limit to appear for NEET 2023 is 17 years as of December 31, 2023. There is no upper age limit for the exam. Educational Qualification: Aspirants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects from a recognised board/university.

So, you are elligible even if it is from NIOS.

Though 74 percentile is a very good mark, it is not possible to get a Tier-1 medical colleges. But you can try applying for the medical counselling as there is a chance to get any one of them.

Besides, based on your community and state, there is a chance for you to get a good college through counselling.
