For every counselling round, reporting deadline is provided in the counselling schedule. Candidates can submit fees and report till the given deadline. Though candidates can report till last day, but they are advised to report before the deadline due to different schedule of holiday/working hours in various Medical Colleges/Institutes. Also they are advised to carry all original certificates and documents during reporting.

Candidates do have to generate password while making registration for NEET PG counselling. The password can be reset again by candidate. It must be noted the password must be saved till admission process gets over and must not be shared to anyone. Password generation is an important step for online NEET PG seat allocation process.

Candidates need to enter all those details which were submitted while submitting NEET PG application form. Some information can be filled from admit card issued before exam. This is the reason candidates are advised to save copy of application form and admit card. Both these documents are needed at various stsges of admission process for NEET PG exam.

No. Candidates don't need to visit any particular centre for registration or choice declaration. They need to have good internet conectivity for registration. Candidates can make registration as per their convenience with uninterrupted internet supply. It must be noted registration is mandatory to participate in NEET PG seat allotment process.

NEET PG counselling is conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The counselling is held online for seat allotment. It must be noted online registration and choice declaration is mandatory to participate in the counselling process. Candidates are advised to keep a track of official website of MCC to know all the updates regarding seat allotment proces.

No, not at all, candidates can get admission to Rangaraya Medical College with 20k rank. As per the Rangaraya Medical College cutoff 2024, the cutoff for MD in General Medicine in itself in pretty low. The cutoff for the General AI category candidates stood at 2275.

Negative marking will reduce the overall score and in turn overall ranking of candidate in NEET PG exam. For an example, out of 160 attempted questions, if candidate has 20 negative marking his/her overall mark will be 540. Had he/she left the question which he/she unsured about, score would be 560. Experts advise to leave those questions which you don't feel confident of right answer.
