Since General Surgery field is a highly demanded branch, so with this rank, it would be difficult to get good colleges even in stray vacancy round. With this rank, the student can expect few private or deemed to be universities, but they too demand little higher ranks and higher fees. The other option is NRI Quota or Management Quota.
