It would be better to try to prepare for NEET along with the college. Hansraj College is very good college, and you should not be dropping it. In case you don't get an MBBS seat, then at least you have the Hansraj College in your hand. This will save your year from getting wasted.

It is best, if you pursue MBBS from abroad (European universities are also good), but make sure those are MCI recognized. In India, it is difficult to pursue MBBS from private universities, because of high tuition fee charged by the colleges. Dropping a year and preparing for NEET will not be a good idea. But, if you are 100% sure about yourself, then you will definitely get admission next year. Go ahead with NEET. All the best.

As you have score low in the NEET 2018. You cannot get government colleges. You should take a drop only if you are confident to crack it in next year otherwise you should not waste your one precious year. You can also try for some best courses rather than going in MBBS.
