Yes, you can get either way by foreign national quota or simply admitted. There are no issues, you can directly contact Department of Academics. But, the fact is you need to qualify the eligible percentage and age.

No such information about Tribhuvan University, Nepal has been mentioned in the college website. Parul University is AICTE approved. Kindly check the link below for Accreditation & Approvals. http://www.paruluniversity.ac.in/accreditation-approvals/.
