The applicant must satisfy the following eligibility criteria for admission in this college:
The applicant should be a Citizen of India.
Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder can also apply for the program.
The applicant must belong to the Telangana and Andhra P

Yes, you can get either way by foreign national quota or simply admitted. There are no issues, you can directly contact Department of Academics. But, the fact is you need to qualify the eligible percentage and age.
