Hello Dipendra,
Many universities and colleges in India allow foreign students to take admission in their different courses including Bachelor of engineering for different branches. In fact many such Institutions keep aside almost 5% of their seats for such students. You need to identify as to where you want to take admission in India and depending on your choice just download the information brochure and apply as per the procedure given for foreign students. Of course you can. NepaL nationalities are allowed to study in India. Most colleges don't even apply foreign national quota for them. You can get a seat easily, either by foreign quota or normal seat. Under Management, you are guaranteed a seat.

The applicant should be a Citizen of India.
Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holder can also apply for the program.
The applicant must belong to the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state only.

Yes, you can get either way by foreign national quota or simply admitted. There are no issues, you can directly contact Department of Academics. But, the fact is you need to qualify the eligible percentage and age.
