Is NIOS +2 Certificate valid in Nepal? Can we apply for abroad studies like in Japan from Nepal?

Yes, NIOS Certificate is accepted by many foreign universities for providing admission in their universities. Candidates who have completed 12th standard from NIOS are equally eligible to study abroad as candidates who have completed 12th standard from CBSE/ State Boards. But, only very less number

Yes, you can apply for CS as an international student. Also, the government provides special quota and access to Nepali people You can easily apply for both CA and CS exams in India.
