You will not get COE or IT since the cutoff for general category in COE is around 5k and 6k for IT. While with your marks you will most probably secure a rank far beyond 20k. Although the chances are less, you may get Biotechnology or MPAE as your branch.

The only Engineering colleges i know of are dtu, nsit and iiit-d. There are some ip colleges too though. Admission is possible in any of these colleges with your marks, though branch may vary. Ip holds a separate admission test.

NSIT has lesser number of students as compared to DTU, so the competition in placements is less. The other factors are more or less comparable.

The colleges which you have mentioned are one of the best colleges. Among the three DTU should be your first preference with CS or any of the branch of your interest. NSIT should be your second option and IIITD should be third. CSE, CE are good branches in terms of career and various Govt. Opportuni
