Hi there,
Your marks are very low and you belong to Madhya Pradesh but considering your OBC quota, you have very little chances to get into DTU in lower preferred branches not in the core branches.

Well I am not from the CSE department but I think I ll be able to answer this question. First of all, IIT Hyderabad, Indore and Ropar are the top IIT. Among the IIT. Established in 2008. Also, as per the NIRF rankings of 2016 and 2017, IIT Ropar has been ranked as the 3rd best IIT of 2008. Also, these 2008 IIT. Have almost completed a decade and it will be unfair to call them a new IIT. They have established themselves in the past 9 years and are still growing at a very fast rate. Both are best. If priority comes then it will be for NIT. But NSIT is also above as compared to some of the NITs. So you can go as per your preference.

Go for IIT Ropar. You can take IIT mandi also. Choose it according to your own choice. Both are good colleges. DTU is also a good college. You can leave nsit. Prefers IIT Ropar first then IIT mandi then DTU then nsit.

IIT, Delhi civil engineering is more better as you can get better placement, more industry exposure, good culture and study environment, better infrastructure, big company come, and many more. But if you are interested in COE then go for NSIT, Delhi. First select your branch.
