Yes, of course, DTU, NSUT and IGDTIW are good colleges for B.Tech with DTU being the best among the three. So, you should apply for the same in B.Tech. Good luck.

I don't think you have any chance in Civil or Mechanical at this rank in DTU or in NSIT.
