Yes, of course, DTU, NSUT and IGDTIW are good colleges for B.Tech with DTU being the best among the three. So, you should apply for the same in B.Tech. Good luck.

Hello, your category JEE Main rank is very high. With that rank you will surely not get a seat in any government Colleges for engineering in whole India.
