Yes, you can take admission in BA LLB(H) prog without appearing for CET but you will have to fulfil the admission criteria of that particular university that you are applying to.

After 12th you can enroll yourself for CLAT 2021 for which applications would be out by next month or you can check on the website of the CLAT Consortium.or

New Law College Pune conducts own entrance test for it's law courses. Hence, MH-CET is not applicable here.
