Fee waivers are offered to students if they meet particular criteria. INR 25,000 fee waiver is offered to siblings of alumni and current NU students, children of ex/current NIIT Ltd. employees, including NU, and students domiciled in Rajasthan. Wards of Armed Forces Personnel and OBC/SC/ST category students get a fee waiver of INR 15,000.

NIIT mainly offers skill-based courses and IT training rather than traditional B.Tech degrees. If you want to do B.Tech in Computer Science, NIIT might not be the right place.
For B.Tech CS, you should look at engineering colleges or universities that offer degree programs. With 68% in 12th, you can apply to many private colleges or universities that have moderate eligibility criteria.

NIIT gives Diploma certificates for the first and second semesters to show the practical skills you've learned. These diplomas are useful for jobs or internships. The actual mark sheets are provided by the university, not NIIT.

You can do MCA after finishing BSc IT in Kuvempu University in association with NIIT. However, since the programme was done in 2012, the degree remains valid regardless of the years that Passed since completion. As a general rule, MCA programmes call for a B.Sc. in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology whereby mathematics is mandatory. Because your BSc IT course work comprises of mathematics and computer related subjects, one is eligible for an MCA. MCA course is spread over 3 years and cost of total fees may vary from INR 1,50,000 to INR 5,00,000 approximately. You can sit for tests such as NIMCET, MAH MCA CE
