There are some other NITs but they don't offer Data Science courses exclusively.
As for fee, it'll cost around 190000 per annum without hostel but it's different for every college.
As for eligibility, you just need to really well in JEE mains.

Minimum marks required in Class 12th for BArch at NITs in 2024 is 50% would be the minimum for the open category, while for the reservation category, it is 45%. Eligible students will have to appear for either the JEE Mains or the NATA exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, candidates should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are 65% marks in class XII.

The eligibility criteria for B.E. / B.Tech at NIT - Narula Institute of Technology are as follows.Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics and Mathematics along with any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or Technical Vocational subjects. For the reserved categories, the percentage required is 40%.Entrance Exam: For seeking admission to B.E. / B.Tech courses offered at the college, an applicant has to be eligible in either of JEE Main or WBJEE.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the BBA programme at Narula Institute of Technology (NIT), Kolkata, require candidates to have completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate marks. You are ineligible for admission to NITs and IITs, JEE Mains and Advanced, and the West Bengal board if you failed Physics in your Higher Secondary (HS) test. The three subjects of physics, chemistry, and mathematics must be passed to be eligible for these tests and institutions. You have to pass your Physics exam, which you can do by retaking it or by taking extra tests. Following your successful completion of Physics, you can apply to NITs or IITs for engineering degrees by taking the JEE Mains and Advanced exams.

Applying to the NIT Narula Institute of Technology's B.Tech programme requires completion of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in Class 12 or its equivalent. They had to have scored at least 45% of the points possible in their qualifying exam (or 40% for reserved categories). To get admission to the B.Tech in CSE engineering you must have at least 45 % marks in 12 grade you must have appeared for JEE MAIN, CEE AMPI, or CEE AMPI the age of the B.Tech programme is min17 to 23. You must also be at least 17-23 years .you have at least 30% marks in English and my suggestion you take the admission in NIT.
