In my opinion, you should choose firstly NIT Jamshedpur then DTU Then BIT then another one for the CSE branch.

I think you have to show the Central OBC Certificate Because They check your OBC caste comes under the central list or not at the time of counselling. So It's better to have The Central OBC Certificate.

In my opinion, you may get CSE in any of the NIT easily. You have some patience while counselling and goes till last round if counselling starts. You surely get CSE in NITs. There is an Entrance Exam for different courses in which you have to secure a better rank to get into NIT Jamshedpur. SEE for B.Tech course, you have some decent percentile or rank to secure in JEE Mains to get into NIT Jamshedpur. For M.Tech you have to secure a good rank in GATE Exam. The board exam is neither much related to these courses irrespective of the Eligibility criteria. IF you are 60 or 60 plus percentage in 10th or 12th you are eligible for above Entrance Exam.

Firstly you are Eligible For the JEE mains Exam. Through JEE mains Rank/Percentile You got the different NIT's. Now If you get any percentile above 95 or RANK under AIR 9500 you are able to get into the NIT's with computer science Branch. Although Cutoff is something which changes year per year But you have to go for at least above 95 percentile or Rank under AIR 9500 in JEE mains exam for computer science Branch in NIT Jamshedpur.
