NIT Kurukshetra JEE Mains 2025 cutoffs have been published for admission to BTech and Integrated BTech programs. In Round 5, JoSAA cutoffs for 2025 ranged between the 6562 and 36067 values. Notably, the BTech in CSE is highly competitive among General category students.

The fee structure is different for different courses based on the field, level and duration of the courses. Extra fees like hostels can also be added in the yearly fee structure if one opts for it. Once the admission cycle starts for any course, the college will give all the information about the fee structure on its official page.

The institute is recognised as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India. In the NIRF Rankings 2025, it is ranked 85 under "Engineering" Category. The lowest package offered during NIT Kurukshetra BTech placements 2025 was INR 4.2 LPA. In 2024 and 2023, BTech the lowest package received was 3.36 LPA and 4 LPA.
