No, for B.Tech NIT Kurukshetra is better than NIT Mizoram. NIT Kurukshetra is rated 4.0 out of 5 whereas the later is rated 3.6 out of 5.
Even NIT Kurukshetra offers 11 courses and NIT Mizoram offers 7 courses.
The average placement package in the former is 16 LPA and the later has an average package of 8 LPA.

According to Shiksha.com, the JEE Main Round 6 opening and closing rank for Civil Engineering at NIT Mizoram was 58000 and 59000, respectively. The JEE Main cutoff for Computer Science Engineering in 2023 was 4524 for SC and 1507 for ST category. The cutoff trend for B.Tech at NIT Mizoram has been decreasing in recent years. The cutoffs for admission to NIT Mizoram are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Main, and the last cutoffs also change depending on All India quota or Home State.

The fees for studying B.Tech in NIT MIZORAM is Rs. 95,750 per semester including the tuition fees.
Category Benefits for students.
Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Physically Handicapped gets 100% tuition fee waiver.
Economically backward students (whose family income is less than Rs.1 Lacs per annum) gets full remission of the Fee.
Other economically backward students (whose family income is between Rs.1 Lacs to Rs.5 Lacs per annum) 2/3rd of the fee.

Yes, you can get admission in NIT Mizoram for B.Tech with 60% in class 12th, but you have to get a minimum 65% in physics, chemistry and maths and a total average of 75% in these 3 subjects or you have to be in the top 20 percentile of your boards exam.
Moreover, you have to clear JEE MAINS with a good rank.

GATE Mizoram accepts GATE score for admission to the M.Tech courses. GATE 2023 counselling was concluded after Round 1 for most of the M.Tech specialisations. As per the NIT Mizoram cutoff 2023, the Round 1 closing rank for MTech in Computer Science and Technology was 371for the General All India category student. In 2022, the Round 1 closing rank for M.Tech in CSE stood at 363. Comparing the NIT Mizoram M.Tech cutoff 2023 with the previous year Round 1 closing rank, NIT Mizoram witnessed a decling trend for M.Tech in CSE for the General All India category student.

NIT Mizoram JEE Main Round 6 cutoff for Civil Engineering is 58131 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in NIT Mizoram.

NIT Mizoram BTech cutoff 2023 for Computer Science Engineering was 4524 for SC and 1507 for ST category. Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 46544 and closing rank was 58131 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 54238 and 65980. Admission to Civil Engineering in NIT Mizoram is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
