To get admission to CSE in NIT Trichy you need a rank below 2500. Placement records are very good here

I am not sure of the normalisation for ISC boards. But it is possible for you to get CSE in NIT Srinagar or Nagpur.

It is all dependent on the kind of exposure you receive. If you can get Aerospace in IIST or any such competent college you should go for it. Else stick to CSE as the expertise on such subjects is limited in other colleges
