BTech average package recorded in Civil, CSE and EEE branch during placements 2024 was 10.32 LPA, 27.17 LPA and 14.49 LPA. In ECE and Mechanical branch, the average package was 21.74 LPA and 12.26 LPA.
MCA average package recorded in 2025 was 13.16 LPA. MBA, BArch and MArch average package recorded in 2024 was 9.4 LPA, 8 LPA and 7.28 LPA.

NIT Trichy JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the SC All India category varied from 43 to 119057 for the BArch and all BTech course specialisations. Overall the BArch course had the lowest last and first round cutoff at 43. In the case of BTech course branches, the hardest course in the last round was BTech ECE, with the last round cutoff being 597.
On the other hand, the SC HS quota, overall cutoff ranged from 115 to 148412. According to the last round, the most competitive course for admission was BArch, followed by BTech CSE.

If you belong to the General AI category, the minimum cutoff required was 47 in NIMCET during the Round 1 cutoff list. NIMCET is the accepting exam for NIT Trichy admission to the MCA course. The cutoffs vary depending on students category and rounds. For the OBC category students, the minimum cutoff rank required was 141 under the AII India quota. For other categories, the minimum cutoff ranks required during the NIMCET Round 1 cutoff list are as follows:

NIT Trichy - National Institute of Technology will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech in Chemical Engineering. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs are based on factors such as Category, Performance, Seats Available and Competition.
Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

MBA admissions at NIT Trichy require students to meet certain eligibility criteria based on preferred course and apply online before the last date of application.
