Candidates willing to get admission to various courses must apply online on the official website of NIT Tiruchirappalli. At the undergraduate level, the university offers four-year BTech and five-year B.Arch courses to students. At the PG level, the NIT Trichy provides two-year MTech,  NIT Trichy MBA ,  MCA, and various other courses to students. The university also provides 17 PhD courses to students.

On the other hand, for the OBC HS quota, the cutoff varied between 151 and 38496 for BArch and various BTech course branches. Considering the last round cutoff rank for both quotas, we can see that the OBC HS quota had slightly accessible ranks in comparison to the OBC AI category.

NIT Tiruchirappalli cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to MSc specialisations on the basis of CCMN scores. The cutoff was released for the 161 and 703 for the General AI category candidates. Therefore, the lowest rank to get admission to the college for the General AI category is 161. Among the OBC AI category candidates, the ranks varied between 382 and 1041. For the OBC AI category candidates, the lowest rank was 382.
