No, It's not possible to get CSE in any of the NITs. You have to go with private institutes with this rank to get CSE. Use the college predictor to know which colleges you can apply. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor.

I got 95/200 in NATA. 98.04% in jee paper 2. & 4127 (crl) ,1201(obc) in jee paper 2. Can i get a chance in nit trichy or Calcutta?

No, it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs, as there are 559 seats in all 9 NITs. So your AIR should be less than 1300 to get admission in any of the NITs.
Kindly go with other government colleges.

I got 98.04% in jee paper 2 & 4127(crl) ,1201(obc).& 83% in 10+3( architecture). Can i get a chance in nit trichy?

No, your AIR should be less than 800 in order to get admission in NIT, Trichy.
With this rank, it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs as there are only 559 seats in all 9 NITs offering B.Arch.
So, kindly go with other government college offering B.Arch.

It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs as there are only 559 seats in all of the NITs. And those who get more than 99.3 percentile can only get admission in NITs.
And even the minimum eligibility in any of the NIT is getting minimum 75% in 12th.
