In qualification it has been stated that we should min. 75percentage is it should in only inter second year or total inter 1st and 2nd year

That would be actually a very close comparison, see FMS BHU has advantage over NIT Trichy:
1. BHU as whole is a big university and you will be rubbing your shoulders with the best minds of different streams while living in same campus.
2. The opportunity to grow here is very big, FMS BHU has it's own

I got 21000 rank in general category in JEE Mains. Should I opt BIT, Mesra or take a drop to get better marks next year to get NIT, Trichy?

Given your rank, a number of branches, like Biotechnology, Chemical, Chemical Plastics and Polymer, Civil, ECE, EEE, Mechanical and Production are possible at BIT Mesra. Other considerable options are BIT-Deoghar, Jaipur and Patna.
