NC A&T is a part of the NCAA Division I. The university operates 13 varsity teams in sports like Baseball, Basketball, Football, and Volleyball.
Student athletes get better visibility to scouts. This also gives them a better chance to go pro compared to students from other colleges and universities in the US.

Yes, tuition and fees for Indian students increases every year by around 3% to 6.5%. Tuition fees for some courses are locked, however, these are not available to students from India.
Other costs like the student insurance costs, and books & supplies expenses may alos increase every year.
Indian students should ideally keep a budget of USD 40,288 (INR 38.1 Lakhs) for 1 year of studies and living in North Carolina.
