Admission takes place mainly through the RUHS Nursing Entrance Exam and then counselling by merit and category. This is valid for most Government and many private affiliated colleges of the University. Cutoffs vary each year on the basis of the number of applicants and the difficulty level. Hence, always register on time and keep track of the counselling schedule.

This depends on your NEET/entrance score and budget. Government colleges like SMS Jaipur offer much lower fees but come with higher cutoffs and tougher competition. Private colleges like JNU or Apex University offer more flexible admission but at a higher cost. Discussions generally lean towards recommending government colleges first if you can secure a seat, given the cost advantage.
