In West Bengal, a B.Sc nurse generally has a higher pay than a B.Sc MLT graduate, both in the government and private sectors, as nursing positions often offer a slightly higher salary scale and more career progression opportunities compared to Medical Laboratory Technician roles. B.Sc MLT has average salary of around INR 10,000 to 4 Lakhs per annum.
