The following are the minimum requirements for OJEE: 
Passing a minimum three-year Diploma exam with a grade point average of at least 45%
40% for candidates from the reserved categories

The OJEE counseling fee is INR 450. Selected candidates must pay a seat confirmation fee of INR 10,000 or 5000 depending on their category.

The provisional answer key is the one released just after the exam and the final answer key is the one released after all the objections raised by candidates have been examined and accepted/rejected. The final OJEE answer key is released along with the result. It is the final OJEE answer key on the basis of which the OJEE result will be prepared. Which means, score of a student is based on the calculation of number of correct, incorrect and unanswered questions after all the objections have been examined. The provisional OJEE answer key is released with candidate's response sheet and there is an option to raise objections and challenge it. However, once the final answer key is released there is no provision of raising objections.

The official OJEE answer key of every candidate released by the examination authority contains each question and its status which means, the answer marked by the candidate and right answer. No, the OJEE answer key cannot be the same for all sets of the OJEE question papers.
