Online Psychology courses, including distance or open learning ones, are not yet recognised under the NCAHP Act. The Act only allows registration for qualifications that come through conventional, in-class learning methods. Hence, no matter whether an online course is recognised by UGC or other authorities, it cannot find any place in registering itself as a Behavioral Health or Psychology professional under the NCAHP scheme.
