The college certainly has a lot of graduates who are working in various industries and different roles, but nothing stands out about any prominent alumni or any achievements as such. It looks like the institution is focusing towards the all-round development of students in the areas of extracurricular activities like sports and cultural events as a component of diverse career options for its alumni.

You may opt to contact the college directly for further alumni information or visit the alumni association of the college (if one exists) for specific stories regarding that success.

The students of P.B. College of Engineering are availed with merit and need-based scholarships without the concept of 100 percent scholarships to all the students. Usually, the scholarships comprise partial tuition fees and would have specific conditions like academic performance and/or entrance exam scores or financial background. You need to visit the college on its own to inquire about possible special provisions or exceptional cases for a 100 percent scholarship.
