Yes you can join desh bhagat University, punjab directly by management seat and you have to buy the seat as per University fees structure and you have to join only if you have eligibility criteria then only you can join directly by management seat.you definitely you have to pay all fees as per the college

Desh Bhagat University in Punjab was Established as Desh Bhagat Group of Institutes. The institution received University status in 1996. It Situated in Punjab's Fatehgarh Sahib District, Desh Bhagat University is a state-private university established under Punjab Government Desh Bhagat University Act, 2012. The University also operates its campuses in Moga, Chandigarh, Shri Muktsar Sahib and Kenya. The Central University of Punjab (CUP) requires a minimum score of 239 for general category students to be admitted to MBA programs in 2023. For other MBA programs, students should check the official CUP website. The overall CUET-PG cutoff for 2023 is 87–245 marks.

Hi dear students.
The Central University of Punjab (CUP) requires candidates to have a Master's degree in a relevant subject with a minimum of 60% marks to be eligible for admission. Candidates can apply for admission through the university's official website.
For M.Tech in Computer Science and Technology, candidates must have:-
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
- A minimum of 6.5 CGPA for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC candidates.
- A minimum of 55% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
