Forms have been released for PU, so is it necessary to fill marks scored in 12th as CBSE result is not declared?

As last date for the PU is May 30, CBSE will announce results between May 25 to 30 and I am sure by May 28 results will be announced and so you can fill your form for the same .

Yoga quota is available in some courses. It depends on the course you want to pursue.

You may get a seat for B.Sc(Hons.). You can try to get admission there. Your rank is good enough to get the college.

No, it is an eligibility exam for Panjab University admission and its affiliated colleges. For scholarship university and its colleges has their own guidelines.
