Yes, you can get it. Admission is purely based on your rank obtained in PU-CET (UG) test.

Yes, absolutely. He can take it but you have to qualify the entrance exam.

Yes, but Panjab University is at no.1 position in journalism. PU has offer you good internships. For eg. check PU Pulse page at Facebook.

No, you can't get it. PU don't offer you migration from the other universities.

What is the degree given by Panjab University, Hoshiarpur? Is it of Panjab University, Chandigarh or Hoshiarpur itself in 2018?

Degree is of Panjab University Chandigarh. Punjab university has different regional centres at different places in Punjab. Hoshiarpur is one of it.
