I don't have access to the exact fee structure, but as per data I observed it is 83000/year for B.E in Mechanical Engineering at UIET .it is commendable if the university provides a transparent breakdown of the fees, ensuring that students can plan their finances effectively. So, There is No marks criteria for B.E in mechanical engineering . It varies by Cuttoff per year . 

All India rank is necessary for B.E in Mechanical Engineering at University of Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University. 

As per (2022) last year cutoff for B.E. in mechanical engineering - 

The AIR opening cutoff is 43296 and closing cutoff is 673434.

As per 2021, AIR closing cutoff is 108569.

Panjab University has a multi-step admission process which students need to follow to get into the university. Starting with the application, students are required to go through the course-specific entrance exam followed by other selection rounds (if applicable). Panjab University hostels include 17 residential halls on the campus, out of which 8 are for male students and the rest 7 are for female students. There is another hostel that is available for the working women of Panjab University. The hostels are named after historical personalities who played a very crucial role in shaping the destiny of our nation, like Sarojini Nadu, Lala Lajpat Rai, Savitri Bai Phule, and Swami Vivekananda to name a few. Panjab University hostels are made to accommodate over 6000 students. Hostel fees for boys and girls is about 20,000 with all facilities.

Yes, According to Punjab B.Tech reservation criteria 2023, a certain percentage of seats is reserved for candidates belonging to different categories. Candidates are advised to check the reservation criteria for Punjab B.Tech beforehand. Candidates have to mention their category while filling out the application form of Punjab B.Tech admission. Punjab University offers a four-year B.Tech programme in eight specialisations along with an Integrated BE (Chemical) - MBA programme. Admission to both the programmes is based on JEE Main. To add, the university also conducts and considers the scores of PULEET and PU MEET scores for lateral entry admissions. The minimum eligibility for BE and Integrated courses is Class 12 with PCM subjects from a recognised board. B.Tech courses may vary with the specialisation or without. As per reports, UIET fees for B.Tech is about 6 lacs.
