Panjab University BSc fee is less than the fee of Jamia Hamdard. The students can check out the following table for a comparison between fees at both the universities for their BSc course:

Yes, you can do MBA after BPharm from Panjab University. MBA is one of India's most adaptable postgraduate programmes as it accepts students from a variety of educational backgrounds. MBA after pursuing BPharma from Panjab University, is somewhat a doable choice.
