Clinical Psychologists can do PhD in Psychology, same like in many other countries. But using “Dr” for clinical psychologists in India is not always same.
Some clinical psychologists in India use “Dr” if they have PhD in Psychology.
rules for title can be different depending on what person wants, college they work, and local rules. It's important to check a psychologist's papers and qualifications before seeing them.

A clinical psychologist is a mental health professional who specializes in the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of mental illnesses and behavioural disorders. They use a combination of psychotherapy and psychological testing to help patients manage their symptoms, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall well-being.
Clinical psychologists work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. They may work with individuals, couples, families, or groups to address a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and learning difficulties.

Think about what you like to study and what skills you are good at.
If you like lab work, then DMLT course can be better for you.
If you like medicines, then Pharmacy may be right choice.
End of day best choice depend on your interest and future goals. You should read more about both, know your strong points and also see which one match with your dreams.

DMLT course is shorter, mostly 1 year, but BMLT is full bachelor degree that take 3 years. BMLT teach more deep and detail about lab technology than DMLT.
Which is better depend on you and what you want in future. You should check both courses proper, think about your career goals, and ask teachers or experts before you decide.

Yes after finishing Class 10 or 12 students can join DMLT course.
DMLT course is 2 year Diploma where you learn lab work and how to do medical test and checking.
For eligibility you need to pass Class 10 or same exam from recognised board with Science subject. Mostly you need 50% marks, but it can be little different in some colleges. So better to check college rule before applying.

No DMLT course is not same like a degree.
DMLT is diploma level course, usually after Class 12, but degree is higher study that you get after finishing bachelor program.
Both DMLT and degree in lab tech prepare you for lab jobs but degree give more deep study, theory, research and also more career chance than diploma.

Yes students with DMLT course can also try to open and run their own lab but there are some rules and things to follow.
But remember starting a medical lab need you to follow government rules and standards. You also need to get license and certificate before you can run lab.
