Foreign/ NRI Category: Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained at the qualifying examination. Yes you are eligible because to appear in UPSC you need to be graduate no particular degree is required you only have to do your graduation and can appear in UPSC examination.

Hello, the minimum eligibility criteria for the Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology for most of the colleges is 10+2, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Some colleges also approve candidates with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects to allow admission into this diploma course.
