Part Time M.Tech

Hello Ganesh Gujar, It's Indeed very nice to SEE that you are interested in doing your post graduation in chemical engineering while you are working in the same field. Part time post graduation courses are of course available but for that normally speaking the student has to attend evening classes for classes over the weekend. This indicates that the college needs to be at the same place where you are working and it cannot be anywhere outside your place of working. In view of this I would strongly advise you to look around the place where you are living and SEE as to which colleges are there in the engineering field and out of them which ones are offering M tech in part time. The eligibility criteria of M.Tech Part time of MNIT Jaipur is given below.
Eligibility criteria :
1. The applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/AMIE in appropriate discipline with specified minimum 60% of marks.
2. At least one year regular service in the institute for working employees of MNIT.
3. Candidate working under various sponsored projects in MNIT.
4. Employees working in any Govt. organization/ Recognized private institutions.
Clause (1) and (2) is applicable to working regular employees of MNIT. Clause (1) and (3) is for employees working under various sponsored projects in MNIT. Clause (1) and (4) will be applicable for those employees working in any Govt. organization/ Recognized private institutions.
Admission to the Part time M.Tech. Programme will be based on written test and/ or interview/ presentation of the candidates short listed by the DSC. If good quality candidates are not available in this category, DPGC may decide to admit FT sponsored students in place of Part Time students.
