Hello! Sharon Rajan, no open university can offer any professional course including Engineering via distance education mode. As you are diploma holder and also working, I would like to advise you to go in for AMIE, in all respects, this is equivalent to graduation in engineering.

Actually academic year starts from November. For some institutions it requires entrance exam. It is supportive because we are dealing with life of patients. It is very useful for us and for our family.

If you do not want to join regular classes there is Mewar University Chittorgarh campus Mewar Law Institute Ghaziabad. Only classes are held on Sunday. Fee structure 40,000 approximately per year.
