You should do a 3 year law, if you are a graduate and 5 year, if you are just class 12th passed. You can do law from GLC Mumbai, which one of India's top LLB University conducts admission through MHCET law entrance exam. You cannot pursue B.Tech in part-time, as it is a full time classroom course. You can though take admission in a university where attendance is not an issue.

Yes, you can study law. You are eligible for 3year law, but it is not a part-time course. You can take admission in a university where attendance is not an issue to suit your needs.
