Hi,
Instead of Doing a Part time MBA Course, you can do apply for MBA at Distance mode (Correspondence). All major Colleges / Institutes offer Distance mode courses in MBA. Now comes the specialization in MBA - It all depends which area of MBA interest you most and you want to study. Thank you.

No, you can't do BE or B.Tech in part time after Diploma. BE or B.Tech is a regular degree course, and you won't be able to do under distance unless the provider is a fake institution.

Hi,
If you want to work as counselor part-time or whenever you get time - you can work on Shiksha platform. You can give your guidance to students / Parents seeking for answers related to admissions / career etc. This will give you immense satisfaction. But please remember this is a free service. But if you are looking for job as a paid Counselor - you need to be qualified. Professional counsellor training takes three to five years and can be Diploma or degree level. Qualification requires a minimum number of client hours acquired through a work placement.
