You should do a 3 year law, if you are a graduate and 5 year, if you are just class 12th passed. You cannot pursue B.Tech in part-time, as it is a full time classroom course. You can though take admission in a university where attendance is not an issue.

You have not mentioned about the PGD streams for which information is sought. However Vidya Prakash Mandal does not offers PGD programs. While WeSchool offers the following part time Masters courses as under.

Yes, you can study law. You are eligible for 3year law, but it is not a part-time course. You can take admission in a university where attendance is not an issue to suit your needs.

Many government college provides such chance. But, LLB is also a graduation level means after LLB, you will have two graduation level degree. You will get more options to select your job. Also, LLB provides a professional job.
