According to me, France will be a better option because of the quality of knowledge, teaching methods and various other education related benefits. This country is one of the top countries of European Union, in terms of food, education, tourism, etc. Therefore, if money is not an issue, which I think is not an issue for you, then France is the best option but coming to part-time jobs and working along with studies, it depends on the Visa and permissions related to it. If you have a proper visa and you have the permission to work along with studies then there will be no problem. The problem is that different universities and different countries give different permissions and type of visa to the students.
