Hi Veer,
International students studying in Canada can work part time during studies. During semester breaks and vacations, one can also work full time. It is a very good way to earn some extra pocket money and also gain some experience. The universities also offer various part time job within the campus, you should look for such jobs specially teaching assistantship for making a strong profile and also gaining some good experience in your field. You can contact the universities regarding these points while you are applying.

Both these countries have part time work schemes for its international students. But, off late a number of rules and regulations have changed in both. If you have been viewing international news and have been updating yourself with global affairs you will know that UK 's work permit options for international graduates that is after you complete your studies have gone very rigid and strict. Hello there, many countries allow students to work part time, you have to choose among many countries and decide based on your own preferences. Some good countries are New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, France etc. Germany, Canada, Netherlands are very good for engineering studies.

Evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest Supreme Court verdict. Hence, I would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects.
